Went to the greenmarket today and wound up with a wide variety of seasonal local produce. Mondays are the least exciting days at our market but even so there was a ton of great stuff. Lindsey (i know, she actually cooked, it’s amazing) and I decided to make fried green tomatoes and brazilian-style collard greens.
